Returns & Refund Policy

At Pro Mounts UK, we take pride in the quality and precision of every product we make. We aim to make returns and refunds as straightforward as possible while complying with UK consumer law. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.14-Day Statutory Cancellation Right (Change of Mind)If you are buying as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days beginning the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, without giving any reason.

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • We will refund the full amount paid (including original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
  • You will normally bear the cost of returning the goods.

This 14-day cancellation right does NOT apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised (for example, mounts manufactured to unique dimensions, custom designs, engravings, or other bespoke requirements you provide).Standard configuration options (such as choosing a colour or size from our available range) may still qualify for this right — please check the product page for details.

Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Window (Non-Faulty Items) In addition to the statutory 14-day right (where it applies), we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused, non-personalised items. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original condition with all packaging.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of mounts where the 3M™ adhesive has been applied or where the mount has been fitted/installed.
  • Personalised or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns under this voluntary window (except where faulty — see below).

Include your order number inside the package to help us process your return faster. Faulty, Damaged, Misdescribed or Not-as-Described Items Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have strong legal rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

  • You have a short-term right to reject the goods within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund (including reasonable return delivery costs in most cases).
  • Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 10 days of delivery) if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly, at no extra cost to you where the fault is our responsibility.

After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund depending on the circumstances. Return Shipping & Costs

  • UK returns: You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail) for proof of return.
  • International returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes or fees. We do not refund import duties or taxes you paid on the original order.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Great Britain Processing Time We aim to process returns and issue refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Manufacturing Warranty All Pro Mounts UK products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing or material defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, impacts, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear of adhesive or finishes over time.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect outside the 30-day period, please contact us with photos and details for assessment. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@promounts.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Send it to the return address above (using tracked shipping where possible).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
