Terms of Service This website is operated by Pro Mounts UK Innovations Ltd, trading as Pro Mounts UK. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pro Mounts UK. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, products and services, to provide you with our goods and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to in them, explain how you may use our website and purchase from us. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
1.USING OUR WEBSITEB using this website, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or
- you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations. You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our website. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.
2. INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, complete and up to date. However, there may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery times or other content. We may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. The content on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making decisions.
3. PRODUCTS We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings;
- product images are for illustrative purposes only; and
- minor differences in appearance may occur, particularly where products are manufactured, finished or assembled in small batches.
All product descriptions, specifications and prices may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantity of products supplied to any customer or order.
4. ORDERS When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. Your order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that we have accepted it. If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an error in the price or description;
- we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- we believe the order is being placed for resale contrary to these Terms; or
- the shipping destination is subject to restrictions or sanctions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all details you provide when placing an order are accurate and complete.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time before you place an order. Unless stated otherwise, prices:
- include VAT where applicable; and
- do not include delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund any amount paid. International customers should be aware that their card issuer or bank may apply additional currency conversion fees.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship worldwide, subject to certain restrictions (for example, we do not ship to countries or territories subject to UK, EU or international sanctions, or where our products are prohibited by law).We will aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales stated on our website or at checkout, but all delivery dates are estimates only unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. International orders can take significantly longer due to customs processing. For international shipments, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the price or delivery charge shown at checkout unless we explicitly state otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities, weather, strikes or any events outside our reasonable control. We are also not responsible for any additional costs or seizure of goods by customs authorities. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (or, for international orders, typically upon dispatch from our UK warehouse / handover to the carrier). Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details, including estimated delivery times by region, prohibited destinations and country-specific information:
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS If you are buying as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days beginning the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, without giving any reason. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. We will refund the full amount paid (including the original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). You will normally bear the cost of returning the goods. This 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. This includes mounts that are manufactured according to unique dimensions, custom designs, engravings, or other bespoke requirements you provide. (Standard configuration options such as choosing a colour or size from our available range may still qualify for the cancellation right.)This cancellation right does not affect your legal rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In particular, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods and obtain a full refund within 30 days in most cases. Refunds and returns are also subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found here: https://promounts.uk/policies/refund-policy
