Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly and reliably as possible. All products are shipped directly from our UK manufacturing facility using trusted Royal Mail services. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking link when it has been shipped. Delivery Options & Times All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services for full visibility.

Important notes:

  • All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, strikes, postal delays, or customs processing.
  • International delivery times can be significantly longer depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the parcel is with the courier.
  • We ship worldwide, subject to certain restrictions (e.g., countries or territories under UK, EU, or international sanctions, or where our products are prohibited).

International Orders & Customs for shipments outside the United Kingdom:

  • You (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • These costs are not included in the price or shipping charge shown at checkout (unless we explicitly state otherwise for specific countries).
  • From July 2026, additional rules may apply for shipments to the EU (e.g., flat €3 duty on low-value parcels). We are not responsible for these charges.
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable duties or taxes.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or seizure of goods by customs authorities. Risk and Ownership Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (or, for international orders, typically upon dispatch from our UK warehouse/handover to the carrier).
Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. Order Changes & Address Accuracy Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for delayed or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we can resend it once you have repaid the return and re-shipping postage. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly in line with our Returns & Refund Policy and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping Fees & Refund Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. If an item is returned to us because it was undeliverable or refused at delivery, we will refund the cost of the items only (excluding original postage) once the parcel is received back. We do not refund any import duties or taxes you paid on international orders. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and full address.
